Position Overview
The Regional Coordinator will manage program operations in specific regions, ensuring the
successful implementation of the Tuition-Free program. This role involves coordinating with
local partners and stakeholders, providing support to students and teachers, and fostering an
inclusive learning environment that meets the community’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
 Program Management:
o Oversee the implementation and operation of the Tuition-Free program within the
designated region.
o Ensure program quality and consistency in alignment with the Emanon Institute’s
mission and standards.
 Coordination with Local Partners:
o Build and maintain relationships with local educational institutions, community
organizations, and stakeholders to enhance program outreach and effectiveness.
o Collaborate with partners to identify and address community needs, ensuring the
program is responsive and relevant.
 Student and Teacher Support:
o Provide ongoing support to students, addressing their academic and logistical
needs to facilitate a positive learning experience.
o Assist teachers in the region by providing resources, training, and guidance to
enhance instructional quality.

 Communication:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for regional stakeholders, ensuring effective
communication of program updates, successes, and challenges.
o Report regional outcomes, challenges, and suggestions for improvements to the
Program Director and leadership team.
 Data Collection and Reporting:
o Collect and analyze data on program performance and student outcomes within
the region.
o Prepare regular reports detailing program effectiveness, areas for improvement,
and student engagement.
Qualifications
 Education:
o A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s
degree is preferred.
 Experience:
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management or coordination,
preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.
o Familiarity with regional educational systems and community engagement
practices.
 Skills:
o Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize
tasks effectively.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and
maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
o Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a
team.
