Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of
educational programs at the Emanon Institute. This role involves conducting regular reviews and
evaluations of course content, instructional delivery, and overall program effectiveness. The
specialist will provide constructive feedback and support to teachers and staff to foster
continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
 Quality Assurance Oversight:
o Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks and standards to ensure
that educational programs meet established quality benchmarks.
o Conduct regular audits and evaluations of course materials, instructional
practices, and student outcomes to assess program quality.
 Reviews and Evaluations:
o Perform comprehensive reviews of course content, assessments, and instructional
methodologies to ensure alignment with educational objectives and best practices.
o Utilize various evaluation methods, including classroom observations, student
feedback, and data analysis, to assess program effectiveness.
 Feedback and Support:
o Provide timely and constructive feedback to teachers and staff regarding
instructional practices, course design, and student engagement strategies.
o Collaborate with educators to develop improvement plans and professional
development opportunities based on evaluation findings.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
o Identify areas for improvement within programs and collaborate with program
leaders to implement enhancements and best practices.
o Stay updated on trends in education and quality assurance practices to ensure
compliance with industry standards and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
 Education:
o A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Assurance, Instructional Design, or a
related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
 Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, instructional evaluation,
or a related role, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.
o Familiarity with online education and best practices in quality assurance
methodologies.
 Skills:
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program quality and
effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative data.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide
constructive feedback and support to educators.
o Proficient in using evaluation tools and software for data collection and analysis.
