Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees to ensure a seamless integration into the Emanon Institute team • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the institute’s mission and values • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace culture • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all regions where the institute operates • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address staffing needs, organizational development, and employee engagement strategies • Facilitate professional development opportunities for employees, promoting growth and career advancement • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or education-focused organization • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural, and dynamic environment • Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as strong technical skills for remote collaboration • A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
