seeking an experienced Remote HR professional to join our team. As a Remote Teacher
Recruiter, you will play a key role in hiring qualified teachers for our online educational
programs.
Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top teaching talent
 Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for our online school
 Collaborate with the academic team to understand teaching requirements and develop
job descriptions
 Manage the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference
checks, and making job offers
 Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
 Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional
organizations, and other recruitment sources
 Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process
Requirements:
 3+ years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field
 Proven track record of successful recruitment in the education sector
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
 Ability to work independently in a remote environment
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
