Position Overview
The Program Director will oversee the Tuition-Free program globally, ensuring the delivery of
high-quality educational offerings that meet the diverse needs of learners. This role involves
managing the program’s budget and resources, fostering collaboration among regional teams, and
applying best practices to maintain consistency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Program Oversight:
o Lead the strategic direction and operational management of the Tuition-Free
program worldwide.
o Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent implementation of the
program across various locations.
Quality Assurance:
o Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate
program effectiveness and student outcomes.
o Conduct regular assessments and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify
areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Budget and Resource Management:
o Develop, manage, and oversee the program budget, ensuring efficient allocation
of resources while maximizing impact and sustainability.
o Identify funding opportunities and collaborate with the administrative team to
secure resources that support program initiatives.
Collaboration and Communication:
Foster a culture of collaboration among program staff, educators, and community
stakeholders to promote the success of the Tuition-Free program.
o Communicate program updates, successes, and challenges to the leadership team
and stakeholders.
Strategic Planning:
o Participate in the development of strategic goals and objectives for the TuitionFree program.
o Analyze program data and trends to inform decision-making and future planning.
Qualifications
Education:
o A Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management within the education
sector, preferably in nonprofit or tuition-free educational settings.
o Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively.
Skills:
o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
teams.
o Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to
engage diverse stakeholders.
