Position Overview
The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with
organizations and institutions that align with the mission of the Emanon Institute. This role
involves working with partners to promote educational programs, identifying new growth
opportunities, and expanding the reach and impact of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development:
o Identify, initiate, and cultivate partnerships with organizations, educational
institutions, and community groups that can enhance the visibility and
effectiveness of the program.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual
benefit and alignment with organizational goals.
Collaboration and Promotion:
o Work collaboratively with partners to create and implement joint marketing
strategies that promote the Tuition-Free program and increase student enrollment.
o Organize events, workshops, and informational sessions in partnership with
organizations to showcase program offerings and engage potential students.
Opportunity Identification:
o Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and trends in
education, technology, and community engagement.
o Develop proposals and presentations to secure new partnerships and funding
opportunities.
Monitoring and Reporting:
o Track and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and initiatives, providing
regular reports on outcomes and areas for improvement.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partnership goals align with
program objectives and organizational mission.
Qualifications
Education:
o A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Nonprofit
Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership development, outreach, or a
related role, preferably in an educational or nonprofit context.
o Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with diverse
stakeholders.
Skills:
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage
and influence a variety of audiences.
o Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple initiatives simultaneously.
o Proficient in using CRM software and data analysis tools to track partnerships and
measure impact.
