Position Overview
The Marketing and Outreach Specialist will be responsible for promoting the Tuition-Free
program globally, developing marketing materials and campaigns, and engaging with potential
students and partners. This role is critical in increasing awareness of the institute’s offerings and
driving enrollment through effective outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Program Promotion:
o Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Tuition-Free program
to a global audience, utilizing various channels including social media, email, and
online advertising.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
across all marketing materials.
Marketing Materials Development:
o Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters,
presentations, and digital content that effectively communicate the value of the
program.
o Design and execute marketing campaigns that highlight program features, success
stories, and upcoming events.
Engagement with Potential Students and Partners:
o Actively engage with prospective students through outreach initiatives, webinars,
and informational sessions to provide information about the program and its
benefits.
Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, community
organizations, and educational institutions to enhance marketing efforts and
expand reach.
Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify trends, target demographics, and effective
outreach strategies, adjusting campaigns based on insights and feedback.
o Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing
regular reports on performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Education:
o A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a
related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
o Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, outreach, or communications,
preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.
o Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Skills:
o Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create
engaging content for diverse audiences.
o Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media
management, email marketing, and analytics tools.
o Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and
deadlines effectively.
