Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate and qualified online high school teachers to join our team. As an
online high school teacher at Emanon Institute, you will have the chance to teach a variety of
subjects to students in grades 9-12. You will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive
online lessons, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to ensure student
success.
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and deliver high-quality online lessons that align with state and national
standards.
 Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using digital tools and platforms.
 Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve student outcomes.
 Provide individualized support to students, including one-on-one instruction and small
group work.
 Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve instructional practices.
 Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in
online teaching.
 Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student
progress.
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field
 Valid teaching certification (high school level)
 Experience teaching online or in a traditional classroom setting
 Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms, including learning management systems
and educational software
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with project-based learning and competency-based education
 Familiarity with educational technologies, such as virtual reality and gamification
 Experience working with diverse student populations, including students with special
needs
