Position Overview
The Program Evaluator will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness and impact of the Tuition-Free program by collecting and analyzing data on student outcomes. This role is vital in providing actionable insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement and enhance the educational experience for all students.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Assessment:
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of educational programs offered by the Emanon Institute.
- Conduct regular program evaluations to determine alignment with educational goals and objectives.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data related to student outcomes, program participation, and overall program effectiveness.
- Utilize a variety of data collection methods, including surveys, assessments, and interviews, to gather comprehensive insights.
- Reporting and Recommendations:
- Prepare detailed evaluation reports summarizing findings, insights, and trends regarding program performance and student success.
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations for program improvement based on data analysis and evaluation findings.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with program staff, instructors, and leadership to discuss evaluation findings and develop strategies for program enhancements.
- Support the implementation of improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness over time.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about best practices and developments in program evaluation and educational assessment to enhance evaluation methodologies.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to advance knowledge and skills related to program evaluation.
Qualifications
- Education:
- A Master’s degree in Education, Evaluation, Research Methods, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program evaluation, research, or data analysis, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.
- Proven experience in assessing educational programs and analyzing student outcome data.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and findings in an accessible manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
