These Terms and Conditions govern use of Emanon Institute’s website, educational services, applications, and communications. Emanon Institute is a nonprofit educational institution. Participation in our free educational programs is subject to eligibility, program requirements, available capacity, and applicable institutional policies.

Educational Services

Program information, schedules, course availability, technology access, and student-support services may be updated as programs develop. Emanon Institute may establish reasonable academic, attendance, conduct, technology-use, and identity-verification requirements to protect students and the integrity of its programs.

Electronic Communications

When you provide contact information, Emanon Institute may use it for communications you request or that are necessary to administer an application, enrollment, appointment, course, or student-support service. Promotional SMS or WhatsApp communications are sent only when the recipient has provided the applicable consent.

WhatsApp and SMS Messaging

If you voluntarily opt in, Emanon Institute may send WhatsApp or SMS messages concerning educational programs, applications and enrollment, student support, appointments, reminders, and program announcements. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to promotional messaging is not a condition of enrollment or receiving educational services. You may withdraw messaging consent at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not authorize the sale of messaging consent as a condition of receiving Emanon Institute educational services.

Users may not misuse Emanon Institute systems, interfere with services, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, or use educational technology in a manner that violates law or institutional policy.

Third-Party Services

Some services may rely on third-party technology providers, learning platforms, communications providers, connectivity providers, or other partners. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply when you use their services.
